Hockey Association Meets
. - ; A meeting of the Horowhenua Hockey Association was held in Otaki- last week, Mr. L. V. Trass presiding. ; • Foilowing the disposal of routine business, representative -fixtures were decide'd on. The Horowhenua men will play one round, commencing August 14, sealed handipap. The North v. South Ladies A an'd B games will be played on August 28 for the Richards Cup an'd Barrett Rose Bowl respectively. Representative games are also to ,be played as follows: — At Levin on September 4: Ladies, Rangitikei B an-d Junior A v. Horowhenua A and B. Men, Feilding A and B v. Horowhenua A and B. At Wellington on September 11: Horowhenua ladies v. Wellington B for the Baker-Parata cup. -
