IN APPRECIATION

(To the Editor) Sir, — I had occasion to go into Hereford Street, Levin, recently and ,1 was agreeably impressed on seeJing the very attractive state of the unformed footpath on the sputh Iside. When I reached the end of the street, I looked back to admire the neat and wide expanse of lawn. The householders are to be, complimented and I trust they will keep it up. Yours etc..
