(To the Edito.r) .Sir, — In visiting Levin a few days ago I noticed a sea,t by the post lOffice. Nearly two years ago, when a new 'office was promised for Levin, I provision was made for a seat. The l.late Mrs. Elizabeth Howell left £50 'for this seat, so I presume the seat now provided is to do until the new office 'is built, We were also promised a rail along the. steps to prevent elderly peopie from slipping. It must be well over a year ago now, surely a long time to build a Short rail? Vnnrs etc..
