Those invited to attend the meeting which is called for August 10, uro representativos of Federated Farmers, Xew Zealancl Wool Boanl, New Zealand Woolbrokers ' Association, Storemeu and Packers' Union, New Zealand Hrivftrs' Federation and New Zealand Workers' Union. The weight of bales was the subject of regulation under wartiiiie legislation. The current conferences are to eonsider the framing of new peacetime regulations with the saine purpose. Meanwhile the Auckland Drivers' Union has demanded that no Dale shall weigh more than MSOlbs.
