RUSSIAN VIEW ON POSSIBLE WAR.
Received Sumlav, 7 p.m. BERLIN, .Tuly 18. The Russian oflicial newspaper Taegliche Rundschau, said America would not dare risk war to break the Berlin blockade because it feared Russia and its allies were too st.rong. It added that even Western coinnientators couceded that if a new war came, Russian advance troops could reach the Iihine within a few days and the European Atlantie coast within a few weeks. "American imperialists would not risk war now because they know they would have the people of Europe against them."
