The Arabs would resume tjie War in Palestine if the Jews did not respect the truce conditions, if the' Jews insisted on the creation of aZionist- State or if no agreement was re.ached safeguarding Palestine's sovereignty, the SecretaryGeneral of the Arab League, A-zzam Pas'ha, said -in Cairo today. An Israel Army spokesman in Tel Aviv said that the latest word from the Palestine battlefronts showed that the pre-truee luil was already being felt. j§everal rninor encounters had been r.eported, but no major activity. ..
