WELLINGTON, May 31. 1 The old-time sailprs' superstition that it was bad luck to put to sea with a parson on board does not hold nowadays. The Rimutaka, which arrived in Wellington today from England after an uneventful trip, included in her 296 passengerg eleven clergymen. Five of them are Presbyterians and wili be allotted their parishes by the New Zealand Presbytery. 'Five Anglican vicars-- also arriyed to take up, appointments in New Zealand. The eleventh minister was a Salvation' Army officer. .. * Among the service passengers Were Captain A. L. A. C. Duckworth, D.S.O., D.S.C., R.N., who is taking over the .positiOn of naval qfficer in eharge of Devonport i Naval Base, and Wing Commanderj T. F. Gill, D.S.O., R.N.Z:A.F., who is returning to an R.N.Z.A.F. appoint-; ment in the Dominion. - •
