Body Washed Ashore
The police are seeking to identifyj the body of a man washed up on the bea'ch near Cape Kidnappers. Aged 60 to 05, he was about 5 ft. 9 in. in height with. grey-hlue eyes, baldheadedl with grey hair above the ears. He had a close-clipped , moustache and a well-tanned c6m-| plexion, The bo'dy wa? attired in; dark saddle-tweed trousers, white shirt, red pullover and green tartan tie and a red scarf. The body had been in the water for some days. It was recovered with some difficulty an-d taken by launch to Napier. "
