Guilt Admitted On Indecent Assault Charges
On three charges of indecenl assault on two males, a single man aged 41, appear ed. on remand frorr April 12 in the Magistrate's Court Levin* today. A plea of guilty or all three counts was entered bj aepused, who was committed foi uentence to the Supreme Court a1 Palmerston North on April 29, bs Messrs. F. H. Hudson ^and J. W Rimmer, J.P's. On the application of counse! for accused, Mi*. N, M. Thomson the court was cleared and the suppression of the evidence and name of accused was ordered. Bail was allowed as previously foi the sum of £100 in his own fecognisance and one surety of £100, on eondition that accused. report oncg daily to .the police.
