STOUT AND EGGS FOR A BULL
A pedigree Ayrshire bull valued at £2000 which reeentlv suffered partial concussion and damaged one of its horns when it charged a farm gate at rmtheringham, Buffolk, was given a spec'ial diet of stout mixed with beatenup eggs, and lnih now recovered. The broken horn was set in a special splint, and a breakwiifd 6f . hay bales was luiili up round the animal as it lav 111 an opou field. It had to be t'ed 011 a special diet of stout and eggs for a month.
