BLACK MAGIC RITUAL
A eharge that eonsecrated groum1 had been desecrated by the recitatiun ^of lilaclc magic ritual during the creniation. of Aleister Crowley at Brighton in December, was ntade at a meeting of the Brighton Town Council. Coimciilors alleged that supporters of Crowk\> had recited a ritual known as "gnostie mass" and also his " hymn to Pan". It was decided to instruct the pai'KS committee that only orthodox services be held at cremations.
