He was senteneed to six years' irnprisonincut for maxislaughter ol: the pyjama girl avHosc ideutitv was deelared by a Helbourne coroner to be that of Agostini 's wife (nee Lindu Pratt, aged 28). The body was fouml in a culvert on tlie Alburv-Howlong Road (Victoria) on September 7, 1934, and Agostini was arrested nearly 10 years later. He has been a model prisoner and lias received the maxiinum reduction of the sentenee.
