LONDON, Feb. 16. Sir Oswald Mosley's union movement suffered a brief and painful introdue--tion to Manchester yesterday, reports the Manchester Guardian. The crowd stoned the movement 's loudspealcer van when it took up a position on a bombed site, splintering most of the windows. There was a seuffle arouhd the van, door and then the movement supporters, on police advice, drove away to the aceompaniment of shouts of "Down with Mosley. " The police refused to permit a waiting Communist Party londrfpeaker ca-r to take over the site for the meeting.
