Captain Roy Rarran, who was acquitted by a Court Alartial last October on a cliarge of murdering a Jewish youth in Palestine, received the Distiuguished Service Order .and second bar to his Military Gr8ss at a Biickingham Palace investiture. Captain Farran said afterwards that. the Iving told him he was very glad the whole business about the Court Martial was over. Captain Furran will shortjv publish "his wartime teminiscences under the title ' ' Winged Dagg-er. ' ' lt eontains many referenees co his contacts Mth Newr Zealand croops in Greece and Crete.
