Received Thursdav, 7.10 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 29, Under a new bill makiug 'saving compulsory, aM 1'olish citizeiis earning mbre thau £150 vearly must deposit in stale and municipal banks sums varving from 3 per cent: for those earning £150 to 11 per cent. ior those earning £600 yearly, says the Times ' Warsaw correspondent. Persons earning more than £600 yearly must save from one-tenth to one-fifth of their yearly income. The Finance Minister said the bill was aimed at making saving a habit and at indueing hoarders to put their money into circuJation.
