FIJIAN CRICKETERS TO PLAY MANAWATU IN MATCH
, . CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 31. The itinerary for the Fijian erickei team's tour of New Zealand in Febru--a_ry, .March and April, was announeed this evening by the secretary of ithe New Zealand Cricket Council, Mr. E. E. Luttrell. The touring * team will play 15 matches in all, of which four will be three-day games • against the major prbvinces. The 'team will arrive at Auckland on Monday, February 9 and will leave Auckland on its return to Fiji' oh Saturday, April 3. Matches to. be played are: — ^Waikato at Hamilton, February 10 and 11; Auckland at Auckland, February 13, 14 and 16; Rangitilcei at Marton, February 18 and 19; Wanganui at Wanganui,. February 20 and 21; Taranaki at New Plynioutli, February 24 and 25; Wellington at Wellington, FebruaTy 27 and 28, Mareli 1; South Canterbury- at Tinnvru, Marcli 2 and 3; Canterbury at Christchurch, March 5, '6 and 8 ; Southland at Invercargill, March 10 and 11;' Otago at Dunedin, March 13, 15 and 16; Nelson at Nelson, March 19 and 20'; Manawatu at Palmerston North, March 22 and 23; Hawke's Bay at Napier, March 25 and 27; Poverty Bay at Gisborne, March 29 and 30; Bay of Plenty at Rotorua, April 1.
