SHOOTING AT 300 YARDS
RAIN SPOILS CONDITIONS FOR LEVIN CLUB The range for the Levin Defence Rifle Club's shoot on Saturday was 300 yards. Rain f ell during the day and ma'de conditions both difficult and unpleasant. Miss B. Grey shot consistently to return the highest handicap card, her total being 99.01. The next best were R. Rolston 98.5, M. Bishop and J. McCartney 98.42. Two rounds have now been fpred tfor the A, W* AUen, Gpp and the progress s'cores are: R. R. Rolston 197, S. L. Lumsden 196.74j R. G. Gurney 196.6, M. G. Bishop 196.4 and R. Cole 196.37.
