HEAVY FIRE LOSS
ASHBURTON, Nov. 8. Breaking out at about 2 a.m. on Saturday morning a lire practically gutted the main store of the Ashburton Power Board, destroying a large quantity of house-wiring, ranges, refrigerators, heaters, pumps and general equipment.
