BRITAIN PROPOSES REFORM IN SUDAN
CAIRO, Nov. 8. The Egvptian Government has published a letter from Britain proposing the formation of an Anglo-Sudanese Committee to recommend reforms ot the present Sudanese regime. The,.letter said Egypt inlway§> .desired •t^ H^.ble the Sudanese to rirle themselves. -The proposed committee should consist ~ot Sudanese elements not owing allegianee to the Sudan Administration and Egvptian and British members.
