HOW RUSSIA TREATS HER SATELLITES
Received Wednesdav, 7.0 p.m. X I ] \V YORK, Xov. 4. I'lie Lithuanian Minister to Washing ton, Mr. Pavilas Zakeikis, in a reporl addressed to M r. Trygve Lie today, accused the Russians of genoeide methods siin-e it ineorjiorat ed Lithuania as a Soviet Republic. The statement, whieh is signed by Mr. Mvkolas Krupavicius, jiresident of the Supreme Lithuanian Fommiltee of Liberation, now in Switz erland, estiniated that 2000 to 2000 individuals were arrested monthly and that the externiination of the inhabitants was proeeeding by means of arrests, trial and deportations while set1lers were being brought in from Iiussia to take the Lithuanians' place. 'Ihe statement also Jisted the names of a nuinber of former officials who allegedly died in exile in Russia. ;
