RESULTS OF FIRST GAMES The softball competition in the Horowhenua district ' commenced on Saturday in ideal weather conditions. Games were played at Cambridge Park,. Levin, the new ground made available to the association by the Levin Borough Council, and which is situat.ed near the gasworks. The results of games were as follows: — Men: Aces 20, Ajax 12, Ajax 19, Pirates 11; Wanderers 20, Pirates 4; Ajax 24, Kimberley 7; Kimberley 50, Colts 15. Ladies: Aces 23, Ajax 12; Wanderers 20, Aces 10; Aces 32, Ajax 0.
