Received Tuesday, 10.40 a.m. NEW DELHI, Nov. 3. The Asian regional conference of the International Labour OrganLsation has admitted Pakistan to full independent membership. The Pakistan employers' delegate, Mr. A. Khah, appealed to the highly industrialised countries of the .West to help raise the standard of living in the East. He specially appealed to the United States, • which he described as democracy's main prop.
