Received Wednesday, .7 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 22. Grinling Gibbons' famous statue of -James Second in Roman garb, which has been stored for the past eight years in Aldwych tube tunnel, is shortly to be restored on a new site in front of che National Gallery, Trafalgar Square. •The" statue of George Washington, which at present stands at the eastern end of the lawn in front of the Gallery, will be moved a short distanee to make room for it. The James Second statue previously stood near Admiraltv Arch on the site of the modern bloek of buildings now known as Admiralty Citadel.
