COMPETITIONS AT COLLEGE Pupils of Horowhenua College recently took part "in a publie speaking competition. There were many entries and the standard of speaking was very good, some of the orators showing promise. The prize was donated by Mr. H. A. Heron, and each entrant had to speak bn a famous person.
