Owing to the delay in the Legislative Assembly oh October 8, ' the Supply Bill did not reaeh the 'Legislative Council tonight, where- ! at the Gouncif at the Governmeht's | suggestioh, adjourned till tomorrow. The Premier, Mr. Gain, has not yet given any further indieation of his intentions.
