NEARLY £13,000 IN TAXES As the result of the Otaki races the Government will beneflt to the (Gxtent of £12,859 5s 9d in taxes. This arhount is made up as follows: Totalisator tax, £6723 13s; dividend , tax, £5882 7s; stakes tax, ;E69 16s; and amusement tax, £183 \9s 2d.
