SATURDAY'S TOTE RETURNS
The totalisator turnover at To Aroha on Saturday was £100,487, compared with £87,518 10s last year, the iacrease boing £12,96S 10s. At Hastings the turnover was £5o,226 10s, compared with £56,807, tho decrease being £5580 10s. The tolal 1'or the Ilawke's Bay meeting was £05,080, as against £113,681 10s, the decrease being £17,602 10s. At Otaki tho turnover was £60,108 10s, compared with £80,550 last yeur, the decrease being £11,353. For the two days the turnover was £134,173, compared with £152,655 10s, tho decrease being £18,182 10s. The turnover at the Metlivern Trotting Club's meeting was £53,521, compared with £50,03S 10s, the iucreasc being £3482 10s. The iigures for the Dunedin meeting wero £48,092 10s, compared with £60,378 10s, the drop being £11,386. The total for the two days was £97,919, as against £95,334, the increase being £2585. -- The turnover for live meetings was £325,425 10s, compared with' £335,291 10s Jast year, the decrease on Saturday being £9866.
