OPIKI'S MEETING
The September meeting of the Opiki Women's Institute was held in the schoolroom and took the form of a gift afternoon to Miss B. Coard, who is to be married shortly. There was a record attendance, presided over by Mrs. Krivan. The secretary read a letter from England, thanking the institute for food parcels sent. A letter was also received from Massey College, inviting members with their husbands and friends to spend the day at the college on October 7. The usual competitions were held.
