AUCKLAND, Sept. 28. The transport Ivanimbla with 250 members of the rear party of the first relief draft sent from New Zealand to Japan, will now arrive §t Auckland at about midnight tomorrow night instead of at 6 p.m. The skip signalled tonight that she would be about six hours late. As the result of the dqlay arrangements announced on Saturday for the disembarkation of tho men and women on board have been cancelled. New arrungements will be completed tomorrow. However, it has been decided that no troops will be disembarlced toinorrow night. They will not be allowed. ashore until Tuesday. The men and women for South Auckland, Gisborne and Taranaki will be sent home by the commercial road services. Parties for the Sduth Island and for southern districts of the North Island will leave Auckland by train at 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
