LADIES' GOLF TITLE
WANGANUI, Sept. 26. The Wanganui provincial ladies' open golf tourney was won today by Aliss J Duncan, Wanganui, who defeated Aliss V. Collius, Wanganui, one up in the final. Aliss Duncan recently won the Taranaki tourney. Aliss Collins is a second-year player and did remarkably well. The only player outside Wanga nui to reach the seuii-fmals was Aliss E. Nutt, of Shirley, who was beaten by Aliss Collins in the semi-hnal 4 and 3.
