Xash in the Ilouse of Representatives this afternoon when the External Affairs Department estimates wrev.. liscussed. Alr. Xash added, in reply to questions raised by Alr. Smith and Alr. Adernian, that negotiations woule have to be held later on in an attempt to solve the refugee problem. New Zealand could not see 1,000,000 people stateless when she could expand her |)opulation.
