WEIXIX6T0X, Sept. 10. ' The following of&cials have been appointed for the New Zealand amateur boxing cliampionships at Christchurch on September 22, 23 and 2-1: — Referees: Mr. E. Pocock (Canterbury), principal rel'eree; Messrs J. W. Townsend (Hawke's Bay), G. Watchorn (Manawatu), Dr. E. J. Moore (Wanganui), assistant referees. Judges: "Messrs Peter Shadbolt (Hawke's Bay), A. V. Ilawes (Westport), W. P. Somerville (Wellington), W. W. Watt (Otago), L. Lister ( Ashburton) , J. H. M. Kennap (Auckland), .J. Powley (Southland), X. Kiely (Greymouth). A committee couiprising JMessrs E. Pocock, L. A. T-race and Dr. E. J. Moore, has been appointed to make recommendations to the Xew Zealand Boxing Couucil for the selection of boxers to go to the Olympic Games in London in July, 1948.
