Received "Wednesday, 8.0 p.m. PARIS, Sept. 10. A usually reliable source said today that "the experts coordinating the work of the sixteen nation "Save Europe" conference decided that a credit of £5,475,000,000 would be required from United States to finance the proposed four-year economic recovery plan in Europe.
