Personal Mr. S. Mor'gan, of Otaki Railway, is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Allen, "Te Maire", Shannon. Mr. Ian Devonshire, of Kirwee, near Christchurch, has joined the local post office staff as an. ■ exchange clerk. Mr. and Mrs. Turner, of Napier; spent a few days as the guests of Mr. and Mrs. I. P. Henimingsen, Stout Street, before ret'urning to their home early this week.
