ANGLICAN LADIES' GUILD

SUCCESSFUL CARD AFTERNOONS On Tuesday the second series of ten weekly card afternoons was completed, when points prizes over this period were awarded to Mrs. R. Andrew (first) and Mrs. L. A. Tremewan (second) . A consolation gift was handed to Mrs. H. Broderson. The same ladies were similarly placed for the games played that afternoon. Conducted under the auspices of the Anglican Ladies' Guild, these popular card tournaments will be continued, the first of, the third series of ten afternoons'* play commencing next Tuesday.
