COURT ACQUITS NAZI WHO RESCUED MUSSOLINI

Received Wednesday, 10.30 a.m. FRANKPURT, Sept. 9. The United States military court at Dachau acquitted Otto Skorzeny, the Nazi paratrooper who rescued Mussolini in 1943, on a charge of infringing the laws of war by wearing American unifprms for sabotage operations during.the Ardennes offensive. The court also acquitted nine ofhcers of his brigade.
