CONSTRUCTION BEGUN LONDON, Sept. 4. The shipyard of Messrs Harland and Wolff at Belfast has begun construction on the new forepart for the liner "Wanganella." The forepart, when completed, will be towed to Australia. This journey will be the longest ever made with .his portion of a ship.
