COMMUNISTS LARGEST PARTY IN HUNGARY
"V ' Received Tuesdav, 7 p.m. BUDAPEST, Sept. 2. « Observers assess that the Communists will liave 93 seats in the new Hungaria.il Parliament. They will be the largest individual partv in the four main party coalitiun of 258 members against 154 opposition members. The Prime Minister appears certain to be a Communist. ..The resignatiuns of Social -Uemocrat Minislers are bemg held by the secretarv of the party pending a decision by the party leadership on alleged electoral abuses. A Ministry of lnterior spokesman adinitted small scale abuses sueh as certain cases of plural voting at the elections. A Ministry report said only 80,000 blue cards were used by voters in the whole eountrv and 00, 000 of them were used legally. Election ofiicials who inust by law vote outside their own districts, number in sucli abuses therefore they could not exceed 20,000. The Social Democrats had alleged that electors with blue cards had voted many times over at dilfereut booths.
