RUSSIA JOINING TALKS ON GERMAN PEACE

Russia has informed Britain that she is prepared to send a representative to the meeting of the Foreign Ministers' deputies, opening in London on October 6, to examine the probiems of drawing up the peace treaty with Germany in preparaiion l'or the Foreign Ministers' meeting in London in November. _______
