MRS. LILLIAN ETHEL HIGGS
The death occurred in the Palmerston North Hospital yesterday of Mrs. Lillian Ethel Higgs, who has resided in Levin ' for many years. Mrs. Higgs was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Osborn, and was born at Opaki, Masterton, 57 years ago. She was married in Masterton to Mr. Edward Holtham Higgs, who predeceased her eighteen months ago. • Mrs. Higgs enter.ed hospital recently a'nd underwe "" an operation, from which she fail ua to l'ecover. She leaves an adult family of five sons ancf four daughters to mourn their loss.
