ON THE LINKS AT OTAKI
On Saturday last a bogey competition was played by mernbers of the Otaki Golf Club. It v/as won by J. Cooksley with the splendid score of five up. During the weekend matches were played in the captain's trophy, Dovey D'Ath Memorial and Len Shepherd Memorial competitions. Results were as follows: — Captain's trophy semi-final: J. Cooksley beat T .Webster. Dovey D'Ath Memorial semi-final: J. Winterburn beat T. Webster. Len Shepherd Memorial: W. D'Ath beat N. D. Anderson, H. Derham beat Z. Gray. The qualifying rounds for the club championships, senior, intermediate and junior, will be played on Saturday next.
