Received Thursday, 7.0 p.m. LONDON, August 14. G-reta Garbo, who arrived at Southampton from 'New York in the Queen Mary last night, still wants to he alone. She slammed her cabin door when reporters sought an interview but eventually agreed to see one re- i porter to whom she said: "I cannoc understand why a genuine desire to be left alone cannot be observed.
