TRAINER'S WRIT AGAINST JOCKEY CLUB
Received Friday, 9.45 a.m. LONDON, August 14. James Russell, the horse trainer who came to England from South Africa, and whose licence was withdrawn in 1946 following the Jockey Club stewards' inquiry into the aljeged doping of one of his horses, Boston Boro, announced that he instructed his solicitors to issue a writ against the Jockey Club.
