INDONESIA WILL ACCEPT U.N. ARBITRATION
Received Friday, 9.55 a.m. NEW DELHI, July 31. The Indonesiah Prime Minister, M. Sultari Sjahrir, in a statement today, said: "I am authorised to i declare that the Government ..of Indonesia will accept any impartial arbitration, and Will abide by the decision of the Security Council regarding the obligations, duties and responsibilities which the United Nations' Charter imposes." M. Sjahrir added that the Indomesians .considered that any just settlement should be on the basis of the situation as it existed before the Netherlands Dutch "began hostilities."
