TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY A double helping of Danny Kaye is the dish prepared for movie fans by Samuel Goldwyn, who bet a bankroll on "Up In Arms," by prese'nting Danny us a full-fledged star in his first picture. Kay's secr ond technicolour> comedy, "Wonder . Man" has Danny fin two characters. One character is Buzzy Bellew, a brash and gaudy night club entertainer, who specialises in such impudent novelties as translating Balinese dancing into Basin Street jive. The other is his twin, Edwin Dingle, more mouse tha:n man, a grown-up quiz kid with a vast fund of tongue-twisting erudition. Each character has a leading lady in appropriate characterisation .
