A letter was received from the Wellington Rugby Union, indicating its agreement to the playing of a gaipe between a Wellington B team and Horowhenua at Otaki on August 30. A request from the Horowhenua College sports master for the regrading from third to fourth grade of d. Lambert, J. Clark and J. Stevens was allowed. The fact that many teams were still not handing in their team slips on the correct form was brought to the notice of the committee, and three teams were fined 5s for the offence.
