EFFECT OF LAND CRESS ON CREAM

Among the subjects discussed at the annual meeting of the Shannon Dairy Company on Saturday afternoon was the important question of land cress flavour appearing in the cream received by the factory. This has a decidedly detrimental effect on the butter produced from the cream, and a consequent lower price'return.
