They were as follows, the figures for the 1945-46 season being given in parentheses : Average payment, 21.977 (20.897); number of suppliers, 238 (233) ; butterfat, 2,356,084 (2,289,500) ; butter made, 2,851,372 lbs. (2,762,696 lbs.) ; 1273 tons (1233 tons) ; average grade, 93.283 (93.586) ; over-run, 21.02 (20.66) ; total charges per lb. butterfat to f.o.b., 1.7356 (1.6708) ; store saies, £38,391 (£39,105) ; cream grades: finest, 90.9 (90*1) ;{■ first, 8.8 (9.5); second, .3 (.4).
