Received Suudav, 7 p.in. „ LONDON, Julv 19. A motion for an injunction to restrain the B.B.C. from " broadcasting a commentarv on a bull hght, was dismissed in the Chancery Division yesterday. The injunction was applied for by Edmund Macmichael, direetor of the Performing Animals Defence League. The Minister of Justjce, Mr. Jenkins, giving judgnieut', 1 ' said: "Those who like the commentary can listen in and fchose to whom it is objectionable can turn it off. But it is quite out of the question to hold that a seetion of the public who don't like it should be entitled on that ground to restrain the B.B.C.'- from Kroadcasting it. "
