"There is notliing more encouragim. than the vitality with which the church is se-eking to grappie with the problem of a ehanging world, " she said. "Xotli ing is more strikingly characteristic ot its understanding of our new age than its concentration on the urgent necessity of capturing the loyalty and_ en thusiasm of youth for the Christian wa\ of iife. It is only amo'ng this path of Christian idealism that the world can hope to find peace and security. No plan or programme that does not ejn bodv the great moral spiritual principlos at the heart of the Christian message can hope to solve the desperate prolerns of out time."
